Thief?

OUR THOUGHTS ON IT:

The photograph can have many explanations. But one satirical deduction is this. Imagine yourself, the owner of this apple orchard. One morning you see a bill on the tree. One of the many deductions made by the owner will be that a person had intruded into the orchard and plucked some apples leaving a bill on the tree. Depending on the mood of the owner, he/she may find it humourous. If someone had to steal some apples from the orchard then why didn't he/she just pluck it without leaving the tip(humorously referring to the bill) behind? This is the question the owner is asking himself/herself. So, is the person who took the apples a thief or not? Did the person want to act funny or really mean it(leaving behind the bill)? What does it tell us about the person's beliefs?
